Results aren't just returned in whatever order the database happens to have them — they're scored. An exact title match ranks highest, followed by a title that starts with your query, then a title containing your query as a whole word, and finally matches found in the body content. Shorter, more specific titles get a small edge over long ones that happen to mention the same word once.
